Job Duties:

Act as a liaison between the product owner and the development team to track the status of the project and provide guidelines to manage the roadblocks associated. Develops and direct technological research by analyzing the organizational requirements and user projects. Facilitate the meetings between developers and analysts to understand the challenges and forecast the future enchantments required to complete the project. Performing quality analysis on regular basis and managing the technical human resource to avoid anything that might cause discrepancies in the project. Providing the staff with the necessary training to develop an understanding of the business needs. Manage and coordinate the design and development activity for the group which includes system and application analysis, programming, feasibility studies. Profound understanding of the Cloud data Architecture and technologies such as AWS-Redshift, Kafka, Spark. Manage ETL migration projects with cloud integration. Work on GIT folders and monitoring the changes in GITLAB version control. Communicate thoughts/designs/ideas in an unambiguous manner and adjusts communication based on audience. Exhibits active and effective communication skills with team members – including active listening and effective written and verbal communication skills. Effectively contributes and communicates with the immediate team. Recognize, analyze, and diagnose business and data issues of advanced complexity. Creatively evaluate alternative solutions. Determining ETLs at scale on any major cloud provider (AWS, GCP: Cloud Composer, Kubernetes, etc.) Will work in Glastonbury, CT.
