Senior Business Analyst/Test Coordinator
 

Job Duties:

Responsible for the design and preparation of the Business Requirement Documents. Responsible for coordinating various business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, prioritize and document system specifications that will service multiple divisions. Responsible for ensuring best-practice resource management in addition to ensuring that repeatable, reusable processes and procedures are implemented and executed. Document analysis, represent requirements traceability matrix (RTM) using Requisite Pro. Create Screen-mockup with Balsamiq mock Up Tool. Using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, techniques to deliver financial and performance benefits through better managed and optimized processes. Use ClearCase to keep different versions of the documents and ClearQuest to report bugs or defect. Adept in using Microsoft Visio in creating various UML diagrams like Activity, Sequence, Use case and Data flow diagrams and in using Mockup Screens to create prototype. Draft process improvement guidelines and recommended a road map for centralizing QA functions across BI. Create BRD (Business Required Documents) and SRS (Software Required Specifications). Provide high-level estimates on time-lines and budgets.Develop the QA Methodology used to document and describe the methodology, tools and criteria that will be used by the Quality Assurance (QA) team. Establish test plans, test formulations and oversees the performance of functional testing of application using Quick Test Professional, Load Runner, ITG, Quality Centerm, Seague, Silk. Develop and implement the Traceability Matrix to trace requirements through design activities to testing. Contribute to QA function in test design and execution phases. Design the automated testing scripts (Primarily with Quick Test Professional, Load Runner, Quality Centerm, ITG, and Seague, Silk) in the Data warehousing and Business Intelligence environment. Will work in Glastonbury, CT and/or various client sites throughout the U.S. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate.
